新型コロナの状況報告
2022年の1月13日に過去最高の新規感染者（34,021 人）を記録しましたが、現在2月17日の時点では1日あたり 2,196 人となっています。
セブ市のコロナ警戒レベルは３から２に下がりました。もう夜間の門限時間はありません。外での活動（外でのパーティ、ビーチ、など）に関しての行動制限も無くなりました。
2月14日からは5歳から11歳までの子供へのワクチン接種がはじまりました。私たちEMSの12名の高校生は全員ワクチン接種済みです。
2月10日から外国からの観光客の入国を許可しました。到着後の宿泊施設での隔離はなくなりました。3月からはワクチン未接種の人たちの入国も可能になります。フィリピンの観光産業を復活させるためです。ワクチン未接種または1回だけの接種者の方は日本出発前48時間以内にPCR検査で陰性であれば入国できます。入国後すぐのPCR,そして待機宿泊施設で5日目に再度PCRを受けて陰性であればその後は宿泊施設をでることできます。

Covid19 Situation in the Philippines
Last Jan 13, 2022 - The Philippines' health ministry reported the highest record number of coronavirus cases, registering 34,021 new infections. Lately, cases are going down, now only 2,196 last February 17.
Cebu City was downgraded to Alert Level 2. There will be no more curfew hours. There are no longer any restrictions in place on numbers when gathering anywhere outdoors, like private gardens, public parks and beaches for outdoor activities and events.
February 14 is the start of pediatric vaccination for 5 to 11 years old.
12 high school EMS scholars are fully vaccinated already.
Cebu province accepted foreigners starting February 10, whether from non-visa required or visa required countries. From March it will also admit unvaccinated foreign nationals. This is to revive the tourism industry in the country. Unvaccinated and partially vaccinated foreigners may enter Cebu as long as they submit a negative RT-PCR (Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction) test taken with in 48 hours before leaving the country of origin, get swabbed on arrival and undergo facility-based quarantine until the release of the result of their second RT-PCR test taken on the fifth day of their quarantine.
